Full-Service package will include cleaning the entire front and back of house. This would include the following:

Front of House

Entrance

Tile floors swept and mopped with approved cleaner.

Dust and clean entrance doors (glass, frames, pulls) and windows

Dust and clean baseboards and windowsills

Wipe down all seats and waiting area benches

Bar Area

Tile floors swept and mopped with approved cleaner.

Wash and clean all Bar floor mats

Spot clean walls in bar area and wipe down all stainless equipment

Clean and sanitize all hand sinks

Clean all baseboards and all pipes under equipment and sinks

Dining Area

Vacuum all carpeted floors with HEPA certified vacuum cleaner

Spot clean any spills/stains on carpet

Dust and clean baseboards, ledges, and windowsills

Clean all voids near/around booths

Spot clean all partition glass and inside glass

Restrooms

• Clean and sanitize all flushable fixtures (Will use an EPA registered disinfectant and germicidal).

• Clean and disinfect all sinks, fixtures, lavatories, shelves, piping and knee guards

• Clean and disinfect all restroom partitions, walls and ledges

• Clean and wipe all mirrors and chrome work and make sure there are no streaks, film, or stains

• All restroom floors swept, mopped with approved cleaner, and disinfected with sanitizer.

• Empty, clean, reline, and return all trashcans to their proper locations

• Empty, clean, sanitize and replace liners for the sanitary napkin receptacles

• Spot dust and clean vents and light fixtures

Outside Area - Patio

• Sweep and pick up all debris from patio

• Wipe and clean all railing and gates around patio

• Dust/clean/wipe all patio entrance doors and windows

Kitchen

• Tile flooring swept and mopped with approved cleaner/degreaser.

• Clean and sanitize all hand sinks and drains including piping

• Clean/wipe all baseboards

• Clean and degrease walls/ firewalls near kitchen equipment or visible to guests

• Clean all debris from floor drain grates/covers.

• Wash/clean all floor mats.

• Clean all stainless shelving & walls, tile walls, and FRP walls

• Will Remove all hood filters upon arrival and soak in water/degreaser…all grease and debris will be removed before putting back in place.

• Clean all hoods and wipe fire protection stems and nozzle guards free of grease build up.

• Polish all hoods and stainless kitchen equipment

• Remove and clean all grease catchers in the hoods

• Will clean all equipment under hoods with very limited water and chemicals.

• All ovens, grills, broilers, and flat tops cleaned inside and out according to the manufacturers’ recommendations.

Will use hot water and cleaner to clean only.

ONGOING/ QUARTERLY CLEANING DUTIES

Front of House

High clean/dust lighting, clocks,

Clean/wipe/dust all vents

Dust all moldings and paintings

Dust TV’s and brackets

Wipe down all walls, cabinet faces and doors with appropriate cleaner

Back of House

• High dusting/wiping of ceiling tiles, fixtures, vents, sprinklers and lights.

• Clean and degrease rest of walls/ firewalls not visible to guests

• Clean/wipe/dust all vents Dish Room

• Wipe underside of the dish tables, shelving and all equipment including legs and piping

• Clean and sanitize all floor drains and floor drain grates.
